    How it's delivered

Face-to-face, telehealth or a hybrid of both, with a qualified social worker.

    Funding options

    Subject to eligibility.

    NDIS

Plan-managed and self-managed participants, subject to plan goals and funding (typically Improved Daily Living or Improved Relationships).

    Aged care

Support for older people through eligible aged care programs, where available.

    Private

Private clients and referrals from GPs, hospitals and community services are welcome.

    The Hub and Spoke approach

    1. 1

      Face-to-face preferred

      Comprehensive initial assessment

A senior AHPRA or SPA-registered therapist visits in person whenever possible. If travel isn't available straight away, we start with telehealth so there's no long wait.

    2. 2

      NDIS-aligned goals

      Individualised therapy plan

The therapist writes a therapy program with clear, measurable goals that fit the participant's home, school and community life.

    3. 3

      Local AHA + telehealth

      Weekly hands-on delivery

A qualified local AHA delivers regular in-person sessions, with therapist telehealth check-ins to keep progress on track without using up the budget.

    4. 4

      Ongoing oversight

      Supervision and milestone reviews

The supervising clinician oversees the AHA, reviews notes, tracks goals and prepares reports for NDIS plan reviews.
